CFL bulbs contain small amounts of mercury, a neurotoxin.






Mercury is a potent neurotoxin, and it's especially dangerous for children
and fetuses. Most exposure to mercury comes from eating fishcontaminated with mercury.
Some states, cities and counties have outlawed putting CFL bulbs in the trash, but in most states the practice is legal. More often than not, their toxic ingredients simply end up inlandfills, where the chemicals can leach into soil and water and poisonfish and other wildlife.
"In the past decade, hundreds of Chinese factory workers whomanufacture CFLs for export to first world countries were beingpoisoned and hospitalized because
of mercury exposure. Examples includeworkers at the Nanhai Feiyang lighting factory in Foshan city where 68out of 72 were so badly poisoned that they required
hospitalization. Atanother CFL factory in Jinzhou, 121 out of 123 employees were found tohave excessive mercury levels with one employee's mercury level 150times
the accepted standard."
Where the hell are those new bulbs made anyway? Would it boost American economy? American Jobs?
Oh yeah, they're made in China.
They claim thatpower plants create up to 4 times the mercury to light an incandescentlight. That sounds like a number pulled out of thin air just like allthe cooked books to sell us on global warming.
How can that be when these bulbs don’t last much longer? The truth isthese bulbs are a 1,000 times worse for the environment because of themercury gas they contain. These bulbs will emit mercury gas therebycontaminating a person with the second most toxic heavy metal known toman and they will contaminate the earth with mercury on a scale unseenin human history.
They say “be careful of the mercury inside the bulb and if youaccidentally break one be sure to open the windows and use gloves topick up the pieces.” How many people will do that? Duh! Billions ofpeople all over the world will be dumping their burned out CFLs in thegarbage which will contaminate the landscape of the earth with mercury.
According to mercury expert John Moore in a story published inCrusador: “The new long-life, low-energy fluorescent light bulb that isin the marketplace is a mercury light bulb. What makes fluorescentswork is that you put a coating on the inside of the bulb, then you putmercury in it, then you activate the mercury and it lights the tube.
Over time the mercury escapes through the glass. Themercury cannot be contained; it will pass through the glass. Mercurywill dissolve all but 3 metals: iron, platinum, and nickel according tothe chemistry handbook that is used at universities. It’s anunbelievable material. Mercury is also the only metal that goes from aliquid to a vapor form, and it starts doing that at 50 degrees belowzero Fahrenheit. It’s really the genie out of the bottle.”
Itappears that the sole reason for switching to these bulbs is to harmpeople. First of all in the near future you won’t even be able to buyan old light bulb. That means that every single human being will beexposed to mercury vapor off-gassing from these bulbs. It also meansthat this mercury will seep into vital waterways worldwide as landfillsget piled up with burned out CFL bulbs.
That means more mercury in your fish and food. Where’s Al Gore the NWO whoreto save us? We have thimerosal in vaccines which anyone except a paidoff turn-coat working for industry or government knows harms people.Just ask all the vaccine injured children. Whatever happened to mercurythermometers? We were told they were safe but you can’t buy oneanymore.
Then we have mercury amalgam dental fillings. “Oh, they’re totally safeand good for you”, says the government. Really! Just ask all the peoplewho have seen their health destroyed by mercury fillings. The fact ismercury is an absolute known human health destroyer and mercury lacedlight bulbs will just add to an already over-burdened toxic levels inpeople.
And last of all, check the country of origin for all the CFLs. They’reall made in China! HAHAHA, the great nation of the world who hasdone more to pollute and contaminate the environment in the last twentyyears than any other industrialized nation before it. Trust Chinese goods? Like supporting our enslavement? Go ahead and continue to poison our children and ourselves with G.M.O crops, MSG, Aspartame, Sodium Flouride, Bovine Growth Hormone, BHT, Phenylenediamine, ect..
